In their youth, Carbonnieux whites charm with their freshness, purity, and aromatic intensity, both fruity and floral. With aging, they develop notes of dried and candied fruits, offering a wide range of gastronomic pairings. The lots that make up this classified growth are blended to create a harmonious balance between the grape varieties. The selected Smillons structure the liveliness of the Sauvignons, bringing roundness and volume on the palate.
